No Return, No Exchange: We generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product falls under the specified conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Exchange: Exchange requests will be considered only under the following circumstances:

- Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.
- Item Not as Described: If the received item differs significantly from the product description.
Timeline for Exchange Request: If you believe your product is eligible for exchange, please raise a replacement request within 2 days of receiving the product.
Exchange Procedure: To initiate the exchange process, follow these steps:
- Record a video while unpacking the product, ensuring that all sides of the package are clearly visible.
- The shipping label, displaying the AWB Number, Order ID, and package barcode, must be clearly visible in the video.
- Open the packaging and distinctly show the product in the video.
- Record the video in one continuous take without edits or pauses.
- Ensure all corners of the packaging remain within the video frame.
- Maintain clear focus, stability, and a moderate pace in the video, avoiding blurriness, shakiness, or excessive speed.
Submitting Your Video: Once the video is recorded, please submit it along with your exchange request. Our team will review the video to assess the validity of your claim.
Note:
- Failure to follow the video guidelines may result in the rejection of your exchange request.
- We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product is found to be in a different condition than claimed.
